Free Shipping
All orders above Rs 499 qualify for free standard shipping across India. For orders below Rs 499, a flat shipping fee of Rs 49 applies.

Standard Delivery
- Delivery within 3-5 business days to all serviceable pin codes across India
- Available for all orders, with free shipping on orders above Rs 499
- Shipped via trusted logistics partners for safe and timely delivery

Express Delivery
- Available for metro cities: Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, and Ahmedabad
- Delivery within 1-2 business days
- Additional charge of Rs 99 per order
- Subject to availability at the time of checkout

Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are processed and dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST are dispatched the next business day
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day

Order Tracking
- You will receive a WhatsApp message with your tracking details once your order is dispatched
- Real-time tracking updates are shared via WhatsApp at every milestone — dispatch, in-transit, out-for-delivery, and delivered

Packaging
- All products are double-sealed to preserve freshness and aroma
- We use eco-friendly, recyclable packaging materials wherever possible
- Coffee products are packed in nitrogen-flushed, food-grade pouches to lock in flavour
- Fragile items like ghee jars are cushioned with biodegradable padding

Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship to all serviceable addresses across India via our logistics partners
- Certain remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery timelines (5-7 business days)
- If your pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you within 24 hours and offer a full refund

International Shipping
International shipping is not yet available. We are actively working on expanding to the UAE as our first international market. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international orders open.
