Estate-to-Cup
Our Estates in the Western Ghats
450 acres of regenerative farmland across Chikmagalur and Sakleshpur, where every cup begins with healthy soil.
Chikmagalur Estate
Chikmagalur Estate
Altitude: 3,500 ft
Our flagship Arabica estate, shade-grown under a carefully managed canopy of silver oak trees. Every cherry is hand-picked at peak ripeness and sun-dried on raised beds to develop the clean, sweet profile that defines our coffee.
- Shade-grown under silver oak canopy
- Hand-picked cherries at peak ripeness
- Sun-dried on raised beds for even drying
- Zero chemical inputs since 2019
Sakleshpur Estate
Sakleshpur Estate
Altitude: 3,100 ft
Our larger estate specialises in bold Robusta, integrated with black pepper vines that climb the same shade trees. Natural canopy from jackfruit and silver oak creates the dappled light these plants thrive in.
- Integrated with black pepper vines
- Natural shade from jackfruit and silver oak
- Multi-crop agroforestry system
- Biodiversity-rich ecosystem
Closed-Loop Farming
The Regenerative System
Every input our soil needs comes from within the estate itself. Nothing is bought in, nothing is wasted.
Gir Cattle
Indigenous breed providing A2 milk, dung for biogas, and urine for natural pest deterrents.
Biogas Plant
Cattle dung converted into clean cooking fuel, with nutrient-rich slurry as a byproduct.
Vermicompost
Biogas slurry and farm waste transformed by earthworms into microbially-active organic compost.
Biotech Lab
On-site cultivation of 6+ microbial species for natural disease suppression and soil health.
Coffee & Pepper
Healthy, chemical-free soil produces specialty-grade coffee and bold black pepper.
The Foundation
Our Gir Cattle Herd
At the heart of our regenerative system is a herd of indigenous Gir cattle. Revered for centuries in India, the Gir breed produces A2 beta-casein milk — the protein structure that is easier to digest and has been linked to reduced inflammation compared to the A1 protein found in most commercial dairy.
A2 Milk & Ghee
Rich, creamy milk churned into bilona ghee using the traditional method. Each small batch preserves fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K.
Dung for Biogas
Cattle dung feeds our biogas plant, generating clean cooking fuel for the estate and nutrient-rich slurry for our vermicompost beds.
Urine for Pest Control
Fermented cow urine is diluted and used as a natural pest deterrent — an ancient Vedic farming practice backed by modern research.

Science Meets Soil
On-Site Biotech Lab
We culture 6+ species of beneficial microorganisms on-site, replacing every chemical input with biology that works with nature, not against it.
Trichoderma
A powerful bio-fungicide that colonises the root zone, protecting plants from soil-borne diseases like root rot and wilt.
Pseudomonas fluorescens
Produces antibiotics in the rhizosphere, suppressing harmful pathogens while promoting root growth and nutrient uptake.
Beauveria bassiana
A natural entomopathogenic fungus that controls coffee berry borer, white stem borer, and other harmful insects.
VAM Fungi
Vesicular-arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi extend root networks by up to 100x, dramatically improving phosphorus and micronutrient absorption.
Azotobacter
Free-living nitrogen-fixing bacteria that convert atmospheric nitrogen into plant-available forms, reducing the need for external nitrogen inputs.
PSB (Phosphate Solubilising Bacteria)
Unlock bound phosphorus in the soil, making it available to plants and improving flowering, fruit set, and bean density.
